The central ISO Data Centre is based at the Villafranca Satellite Tracking Station (VILSPA), Villafranca, Spain and is part of the Astrophysics Division of the Space Science Department Department of the European Space Agency (ESA).

In addition to the ISO Data Centre, there are National Data Centres for each of the four ISO instruments.
